Ice cold pickled mango and a winter day that looks a lot like summer!

It was nice to get back out there playing with waves and wind.  The wind has been pretty shy this winter, haven’t seen much of it.  Since Maui’s winter is so hot, we need ice cold pickled mango to cool us down.  I love regular mango, but for some reason I haven’t tried it pickled yet!  Have you?!
