It was the first time I tried it, and although it was relaxing it was as very challenging at some points. It is so beautiful to see the other students in the class stretch with the aerial silk.  It looks like we are all cocoons and about to become butterflies! :)

At the end of the class Esti did an amazing aerial silk dance to live guitar music played by Lukas Nelson. It was all so beautiful.
